Alleged screenshot of the new Assassin’s Creed game has also been leaked ahead of its official announcement at E3
We would soon get to know whether the much-needed break has proven good for Ubisoft. The latest title from the Assassin’s Creed series is all set to be arriving this year following a year’s break. The game is expected to be revealed at E3, but we are already getting excited, thanks to the newly emerged leak and the details that followed.
The game, rumored to be titled Assassin’s Creed Empire earlier, is being suggested to take the gameplay settings to an ancient Egypt with a completely overhauled gameplay experience.
As per the reports, the game will feature a huge open world experience that will encompass the tale of the original Assassin’s guild. The immense gameplay world is said to be one of the biggest and will let players to even stretch out beyond the borders of Egypt, possibly even as far as Greece.
An allegedly leaked screenshot of the game also suggest that the game will feature boats, suggesting that it will feature naval combats similar to the ones featured in the American expedition of Assassin’s Creed.
The game will also adopt some other features from its predecessor, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, the most noticeable of which is the protagonist split. The game is now said to feature a similar route by introducing a pair of male and female protagonists.
There are also other reports that suggest that the game will be titled Assassin’s Creed Origins. The game will be probably arriving in fall 2017 going by the previous release dates of the games from the franchise. But take every bit of news you hear with a grain of salt, as anything can be confirmed only the official words come out from the developers.
