Funcom announced that Conan Exiles will be arriving to Steam Early Access on January 31, alongside detailing the Barbarian Edition that will retail at $60
It’s time to step into the brutal world of the world’s greatest fantasy hero. Conan Exiles, the open-world game from Funcom, will be debuting this month, revealed the developers.
The game will be available through Steam Early Access for PC from 9 PM PT on January 30. It will be followed by the game’s entry to Xbox One through the Preview Program in Spring 2017. The game is also set to arrive on PlayStation 4 at a later point, but there’s no word on when exactly that would shape up.
Funcom has also revealed the new Barbarian Edition that will retail at $60. The special edition a host of additional parks that include Custom Conan Exiles digital comic book, Conan Exiles t-shirt, six digital Conan the Avenger comic books from Dark Horse Comics, digital Conan Pen & Paper RPG Core Book, 496-page The Coming of Conan eBook, Age of Conan and Rise of the Godslayer soundtracks alongside Conan Exiles soundtracks, in-game items for the Age of Conan MMO including a Savage Rhino mount, and The Art of Conan Exiles digital art book. The standard edition of the game will be available at $30.
Set in the lands of Conan, the Barbarian, Conan Exiles will let you play not as Conan, but as a brand new character in the brutal sandbox world that’s filled with ruins of ancient civilizations. Players will uncover the dark history of the land and its buried secrets in their attempt to survive and conquer the brutal world.
Players can play the game on private and public servers, either in multiplayer or local single-player modes.
