Blizzard has revealed the details about the beta for Diablo 3’s Necromancer and patch 2.6.0 that will be made available on PC and Mac
Blizzard will soon have the Necromancer class unlocked in Diablo 3. But here’s your chance to experience them much before it arrives on PC and Mac devices.
The developers have revealed the details of the beta for the new class in Diablo 3, which will also be testing the upcoming patch 2.6.0. You will have the chance to enter the beta if you have opted for the beta programmes through your Battle.net profiles. To opt-in, users will have to check the beta box under Diablo in their profile settings page.
Invites will be sent to the respective users via e-mail. However, the limited entry will prevent many users from participating even if having opted for the beta. Participants will be selected based on various factors that include playtime of the user and their system specifications. Blizzard has confirmed that there won’t be any region-wise restriction for the beta.
The dates of the beta are yet to be confirmed. Blizzard hasn’t triggered NDA for the closed beta, which means that there won’t be any restriction in uploading beta footage. The developers have also revealed that the patch 2.6.0 will be detailed through blog post soon.
The beta for Necromancer class will include access to all the skills and abilities of the new class and all the changes that will be included in the upcoming patch.
