Ubisoft Dissapoints PC Gamers with Assassin’s Creed III Delay

By on August 11, 2012

Here’s a little bit of bitter news for fans of the Creed. Assassin’s Creed III will not be making it to PC on the scheduled release day.

I was afraid something like this wold happen, and it did. Ubisoft has confirmed that the PC version for the latest Assassin’s Creed title will be launched a couple of weeks after the game reached consoles.

As per the dates now, the game will land on PS 3 and Xbox 360 on October 31, 2012, while the PC gamers would have to wait till November 23, 2012. Actually, this date for PC is given for the UK launch; North America would get it on the 20th.

The Wii U version would be joining the console launch as well, though Nintendo is yet to give a confirmed date for the release of their hardware. Anyway, PC gamers are in for some frustrated waiting period.
